From the moment we contacted Marketa to book our apartment, she was extremely helpful and answered all our questions, even in German. the location of the apartment was ideal, right in the center with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to nature for walks in the beautiful woods above. We stayed in apartment 7 on the top floor, and the view was simply splendid. the bed was comfortable, the curtains provided privacy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff, Niko and Marketa, were incredibly helpful and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. Cons: Nothing - all was good! 👍.

Best possible and awesome location very close to Karlovy Vary and the downtown and the centre, everything amazing. Location in the city center. And it is walking distance from restaurants. I liked the place...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, next to two restaurants and near all the main tourist attractions in this beautiful city. The apartment had all the facilities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the great views of the historic center and the convenience of parking at a nearby location.

Excellent location near historic attractions, with views of steamy Hot Spring Colonnade. Comfortable beds, warm atmosphere, and a great walk-in shower. Attentive host provided helpful recommendations and even arranged a transfer from the car park. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in a beautiful building.
